NOTIFICATION OF AMENDED SALIENT DATES IN RELATION TO THE FRK02 NOTES
Noteholders are referred to the announcements released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE on 3 May 2024 and 31 May 2024 (the previous announcements), which included the Salient Dates
in respect of election and settlement of the FRK02 notes. The Issuer wishes to notify FRK02 noteholders
that both the interest and capital for cash settlement amounts calculation and the finalisation dates
contained in the previous announcements have been amended.
A) AMENDMENT TO THE SALIENT DATES
The amended salient dates surrounding the election and settlement of the FRK02 notes are as follows:

less costs incurred by the Issuer in the sale process, to be paid to
the relevant FRK02 Noteholder's account by no later than 10h00 on: Monday, 12 August 2024
