Resignation of Chief Projects Officer

Shareholders are advised that Mr Ulrich Gschnaidtner has resigned as the Chief Projects Officer of
Balwin to pursue a new opportunity in Australia. Mr Gschnaidtner will continue in his role until 30
August 2024.

Mr Gschnaidtner joined Balwin in 1997 to head up project operations and has been a pivotal
member in growing the business over the past 27 years. The board would like to thank Ulrich for his
immense contribution over the years and wish him the best for his new endeavours.
