INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL

Trustco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to announcement published on SENS
on 7 January 2025 confirming the result of the General Meeting for the acquisition of the
11.35% interest in Legal Shield Holdings Proprietary Limited ("LSH Transaction") by Trustco.

In terms of the LSH Transaction the first tranche of 200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million)
Trustco Shares have been issued to Riskowitz Value Fund on 21 January 2025.

The issued share capital has been increased from 992,174,774 (Nine Hundred and Ninety-
Two Million One Hundred and Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Four)
to 1,192,174,774 (One Billion One Hundred and Ninety-Two Million One Hundred and
Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Four) Trustco Shares.
