TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), listed
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20%
from those of the previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to
the market in relation to such period.

The Board would like to advise shareholders that for the six months ended 31 December 2023, the
Company expects to report that:

-   earnings per share ("EPS") of 2.6 cents per share will be 29.4% higher than the EPS of 2.01 cents
    per share reported for six months ended 31 December 2022; and
-   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of 2.59 cents per share will be 37.0% higher than the
    HEPS of 1.89 cents per share reported for six months ended 31 December 2022.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by the Company's auditors.
