DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 ("Companies Act") and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company received formal notification from Heriot Investments Proprietary Limited ("Heriot") and its
subsidiary, Thibault REIT Limited ("Thibault") that its total beneficial interest held in the Company has
increased as follows:

  -  23 December 2024 - 22.12%
  -  12 February 2025 - 22.77%.

The requisite notices in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act has been filed with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.

The late submission of the formal notification to the Company was due to an administrative error.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement,
having relied on the information as provided by Heriot and Thibault and, to the best of their knowledge
and belief, such information is true, and this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the
