unedited full text within the 2023 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage
Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 30 April 2024. The Notice of the
2024 AGM will be published on 18 March 2024.
