FIRSTRAND BANK: BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP CHANGE

The bank wishes to inform noteholders that the following board committee amendments have been made in
accordance with paragraphs 6.42(c) of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements to
further strengthen the skills sets of the respective committee.

FirstRand Audit committee
Mr GG Gelink will retire as the chair of the committee, at the upcoming annual general meeting effective
29 November 2024. The appointment of Mr T Winterboer as chair effective 30 November 2024 and
Mr PJ Makosholo as member of the audit committee effective 14 November 2024.
