Notification regarding the posting of the Company's 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Lonfin shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that, further to the announcement of final results and the
final dividend declaration for the year ended 30 June 2024, published on 26 September 2024, the Company's
2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements ("Annual Report") has been published and will be posted to
Shareholders today.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of City Group PLC, Central Court,
25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 12.30 p.m. (14.30 p.m.
South Africa time). The Notice of AGM is included in the Annual Report.

The salient dates for the AGM are set out below:
