CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN SOVEREIGN BOND ETF (“ASBI ETF”) WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
AND UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT


Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 9 September 2022
and the subsequent renewals of such cautionary announcement, the last dated 6 March 2023, in
which they were advised that, the ASBI ETF is under consideration by the issuer for winding up, as it
has not achieved the scale necessary to achieve its investment objective and financial feasibility.

Unitholders are advised that the abovementioned processes are still in place and that ASBI ETF is still
currently under suspension from trading.

Unitholders are further advised that, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
the ASBI ETF as there is no trading in the market due to the securities being suspended. All changes
and updates regarding ASBI ETF’s suspension will be announced for consideration by the issuer.
