CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND A BOARD COMMITTEE


In terms of paragraphs 3.59 and 6.42 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements respectively, shareholders and noteholders of Accelerate are advised
that the board of directors of Accelerate (the "board") has appointed Mr James Day as a non-executive
director and member of its audit and risk committee with effect from 1 February 2025.

Mr Day is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with extensive international and local experience in the listed
property sector, including key expertise in executing commercial asset acquisitions and developments,
with various prior financial management and audit roles in South Africa, the United States and Australia.

This appointment strengthens the financial skills on the board and provides additional support to the
audit and risk committee in discharging its duties.

The board confirms that the appointment of Mr Day was made in accordance with the company's
nominations policy and welcomes Mr Day to the board.
