announcement in respect of the First Redemption Payment
Amount.


The Capital Redemption Amount per Note was inadvertently
announced at ZAR1 250.00.00.


This purpose of this SENS is to correct the Capital Redemption
Amount per Note from ZAR1 250.00.00 to ZAR250.00.


The following terms remain as per the SENS announcement dated
25 November 2024:


First Interim Payment Amount:                ZAR56 324 700.00


Interest Earned (20% Coupon) per Note:       ZAR50.00
