1. LISTING OF CORESOLUTIONS

African Bank Limited is authorised to announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited ("JSE")
of CoreSolutions as an Actively Managed Exchange Traded Fund ("AMETF") and Exchange Traded
Fund ("ETF") Issuer. 1 000 Wealth Global Equity CoreSolutions AMETF securities will list in the
"Actively Managed Exchange Traded Funds" sub-sector (a sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds"
sector), with effect from commencement of business on Thursday, 21 November 2024. The JSE long
name is "PCW Actively Managed ETF" and the short name is "PCW AMETF".

Copies of the CoreSolutions Programme Memorandum, and the Wealth Global Equity CoreSolutions
AMETF Supplement, in English, may be obtained during normal business hours from the office of the
manager, CoreSolutions, located at The Terraces, 14th Floor, Office 01401, 34 Bree Street, Cape
Town,        Western      Cape,      8001       and      is  available  on      the     website:

2. APPROVAL

Approval for the listing of the CoreSolutions Scheme and the Wealth Global Equity CoreSolutions
AMETF by way of a private placement was granted by the JSE on Wednesday, 13 November 2024.
