ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES


SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 1700000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 45.65 per security.


Following the listing of the 1700000 securities, there will be 33664715
SYGESG securities in issue.
