Final Redemption SBRN16


Holders of the listed SBRN16 Equity Index Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on Monday, 05 May 2025 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on
Thursday, 24 April 2025 as 193.70 and the FX Final Level was
determined and calculated on Thursday, 24 April 2025 as
ZAR18.8151/USD1.00.


Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes elected not to receive delivery of the ETFs on the Maturity
Date, but elected to instruct Standard Bank to sell the ETFs on
behalf of the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption amount
of such sale of the ETFs to the holder of the Notes, will receive
on Monday, 05 May 2025 an amount of 595 031 South African cents
per the Note equivalent to the value of the relevant ETFs held
by them on the Record Date.


After the payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on Monday,
05 May 2025, the Notes (SBRN16) will be de-listed from the JSE
on Tuesday, 06 May 2025.
