Shareholders are reminded that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, as
published on 24 June 2024 are available at: https://www.invictaholdings.co.za/annual-reports/

Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of Invicta will be held entirely through electronic
communication at 09:00 on Thursday, 12 September 2024, to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM.
The notice of AGM has been distributed to shareholders today, 28 June 2024 and is also available on the Company's
website at https://www.invictaholdings.co.za/annual-reports/

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:
