Noteholders are advised that the 4-year appointment of Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited
("RMB") as DBSA's independent debt sponsor will be coming to an end on 31 January 2025 by mutual consent.

Furthermore, DBSA wishes to advise noteholders that, following a procurement process initiated by DBSA due to
RMB's appointment coming to an end, the Bank has appointed Standard Bank Corporate Investment Banking, a
division of Standard Bank Limited, to serve as the Bank's independent debt sponsor for a period of 3 years with
effect from 31 January 2025.
