CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that the
Company’s board of directors has reluctantly accepted the resignation of Mr David Hufton as chief executive
officer of the Company and respects his decision to take a career break after more than 30 years in the

facilitate a smooth transition in leadership. He will also be available thereafter to assist as and where
required.
