TRADING UPDATE                                                                  
Shareholders are advised that Sea Kay is in the process of finalising its       
results for the year ended 30 June 2011 and anticipates that the group will     
reflect a basic loss of between 5.25 and 6.25 cents per share and a headline    
loss of between 6.8 and 8.15 cents per share for that year.                     
The loss situation is as a result of cash-flow constraints, which lead to a     
slower construction rate, penalties being levied as a result thereof and the    
resultant decrease in turnover.                                                 
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been 
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.                              
The reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2011 are expected to be released
by mid October 2011.
