Notification of Update of the Issuer's Structured Note Programme

In terms of paragraph 6.20 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, Noteholders are
advised that the Issuer's Structured Note Programme has been updated. The updated document, dated 20 December 
2024, which was formally approved by the JSE on 09 January 2025, together with the "Issuer Disclosure Schedule"   and   "Risk   Factor  & Other
Disclosures Schedule" (as such terms are described below) is available for inspection on the Issuer's website 
below:

A summary of the relevant changes to the Structured Note Programme are as follows –


•     Inclusion of two additional Early Redemption events, namely "Increased Cost of Hedging" and "Hedging 
      Disruption Event".
•     Inclusion of Credit Linked Condition 20 ("Amendments in Accordance with Market Convention") in Annex 1 
      (Additional Terms and Conditions for Credit Linked Notes) to align with prevailing market standards, market 
      trading conventions, determinations or announcements of ISDA or the Credit Derivatives Determinations 
      Committee, protocols, applicable law or regulation or the rules of any exchange or clearing system.
