Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 18 January
2024 regarding the finalisation announcement, Satrix Managers (RF)
Pty Limited hereby announce the issue price.


Issue price

Satrix Quality South Africa ETF will issue 4 885 659(Four Million
Eight hundred and Eighty Five thousand six hundred and Fifty Nine)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R 8.0538
per security, to commence trading on Friday, 26 Friday 2024.
