UPDATE REGARDING THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND

OGL shareholders are referred to the results announcement and cash
dividend declaration for the year ended 30 June 2023 released on
the Stock Exchange News Service on 15 September 2023 (“Results
Announcement”). OGL declared a final cash dividend of 78.0 cents
per ordinary share and a special cash dividend of 8.5 cents per
ordinary share. Both of these dividends are subject to Dividend
Withholding Tax at a rate of 20% for those shareholders who are
not exempt.

OGL stated in the Results Announcement that the special dividend
was subject to South African Reserve Bank approval. OGL
shareholders are advised that this approval has not yet been
received and that the salient dates in respect of the special
dividend as announced in the Results Announcement will be amended
if approval is not received today, 26 September 2023. OGL
shareholders will be informed regarding the revised dates as soon
as approval has been received from the South African Reserve Bank.
The dates for the final dividend as announced in the Results
Announcement will remain unchanged.
