Finalisation Announcement for listing of CoreShares Income Actively Managed Securities
Investors are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 26 April 2023 regarding the listing
on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of 1 000 CoreShares Income Actively Managed securities,
at an issue price of R10.00 in the "Actively Managed Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from
commencement of business on Thursday, 18 May 2023 which was conditionally approved by the JSE,
subject to Exchange Control approval being received.
The Exchange Control approval required have been received and the Listing will proceed on Thursday,
18 May 2023 as previously announced.
