The Group is currently in the process of finalising its unaudited financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2024 ("Current Reporting Period"), which results are expected to be announced on SENS on or about Wednesday, 5 March 2025 and hereby confirms that a reasonable degree of certainty now exists that for the Current Reporting Period: - the Group's earnings per share ("EPS") will be between 28.53 cents and 30.67 cents, representing an increase of between 33% and 43% compared to the EPS of 21.40 cents reported for the six months ended 31 December 2023 ("Prior Reporting Period"); and - the Group's headline earnings per share ("HEPS") will be between 28.53 cents and 30.67 cents, representing an increase of between 33% and 43% compared to the HEPS of 21.40 cents reported for the Prior Reporting Period. The increase in EPS and HEPS from the Prior Reporting Period is mainly driven by continued strong performance by the Trellidor UK division, and improved performance from the Taylor and NMC division through the six months.
