The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced
on 16 October 2024 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company has purchased the following number
of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. Such purchase was
effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 16 October 2024.

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 155,851
Highest price paid per share (pence): 290.40
Lowest price paid per share (pence): 287.60
Volume weighted average price paid per 288.72

The Company will cancel the purchased shares.

under English law (including by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a full breakdown of
the individual trades made by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc on behalf of the Company as part of
