VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE LAUNCH OF A TENDER OFFER FOR THE 2026 SENIOR NOTES
ISSUED BY THE BIDVEST GROUP (UK) PLC

Bidvest, through its subsidiary The Bidvest Group (UK) Plc (the "Issuer"), has today launched a cash tender
offer for up to $300,000,000 of the Issuer's 3.625% senior notes due 2026 (the "Notes") (the "Tender Offer").
The Notes are guaranteed by Bidvest.

The Issuer will fund the Tender Offer from drawings under its existing revolving credit facility.

Further information regarding the Tender Offer is available in an offering memorandum that will be made
available to holders of the Notes.
