FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024

Nictus shareholders ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the board of directors of the Company
has declared a final gross cash dividend of 6.00 cents (2023: 5.00 cents) per ordinary share for the year
ended 31 March 2024. The dividend has been declared from income reserves.

The salient dates for the payment of the final dividend are detailed below:

Shares may not be rematerialised or dematerialised between Wednesday, 17 July 2024 and Friday,
19 July 2024, both days inclusive.

In terms of South Africa taxation legislation and in accordance with the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following additional information is disclosed:

    -   the local dividend withholding tax rate is 20%;
    -   the net local dividend amount is 4.80 cents per ordinary share for Shareholders liable to pay
        tax on dividends and the gross local dividend amount is 6.00 cents per ordinary share for
        Shareholders exempt from paying such dividend tax;
    -   Nictus' income tax reference number is 9400084712; and
    -   Nictus' issued share capital, as at 28 June 2024, is 53 443 500 ordinary shares.
