As a result of the expiry of the above variable strike warrant, the Issuer, after taking into account the
last distribution subsequent to the September 2023 reset, made the necessary adjustment to the
exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is unprejudiced.

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuer of the abovementioned warrant RDFIVD, would like to advise
Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R5.4299, effective 21 May 2024, RDFIVD has
now terminated and due to the adjusted strike being above the closing price of Redefine Properties
Limited, R3.66 (RDF) as at 21 May 2024, holders would not be eligible to receive the linked units,
being Redefine Properties Limited JSE share code RDF ISIN ZAE000190252.
