DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

In accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following transactions by directors, prescribed officers and the company secretary
of Reunert (the "Participants") in terms of the Reunert 2019 Conditional Share Plan ("CSP"), are hereby
disclosed.

In accordance with the rules of the CSP ("Rules"), the allocation of awards as set out in the table below
was approved on 8 December 2023 on behalf of the Company's Remuneration Committee. The below
stated CSP awards entitle Participants to Reunert ordinary shares ("Shares") in the future, to the extent
that employment and performance conditions are met over a 4-year and/or 5-year period.

The nature and extent of the interest of Participants is direct beneficial. The following CSP awards were
allocated to, and accepted by, the Participants, off-market, and the prescribed clearance to trade was
received:
