This process includes a change in the Group’s executive team and the creation of a new Group structure to support the delivery of sustainable growth with greater agility and efficiency. The reviewed Group executive leadership team will comprise of: - Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) - Benjamin Mophatlane - Deputy CEO - Vanessa Olver - Chief Financial Officer - Lawrence Weitzman - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer - Isaac Mophatlane - Chief Operating Officer - Jane Canny - Chief Investment and Alliance Officer - Matthew Blewett - Group Human Resources Executive - Grace Dipale A Strategic office, led by Vanessa Olver (Deputy CEO), has been established to assist in accelerating the execution of key elements of the Group strategy. Isaac Mophatlane (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer) will lead global sales, marketing and customer management. All regional heads across the continent will also report to Isaac. Over the coming months, the current business units will be organised into agile entities, clustered into three divisions: - Converged Infrastructure Solutions - Business Solutions - Investments and Alliances Executive teams for these divisions will be announced in due course and minimal changes are expected within the operating business units. Jane Canny (Chief Operating Officer) will be responsible for the global operations of the Converged Infrastructure Solutions and Business Solutions divisions. Matthew Blewett (Chief Investment and Alliance Officer) will be responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions and the Investments and Alliances division. Chief Financial Officer, Lawrence Weitzman, and Group Human Resources Executive, Grace Dipale, will support the reviewed Group executive leadership team.
