AVAILABILITY OF THE UNAUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS

FRB is a wholly owned subsidiary of FirstRand Limited (the group). The group released its unaudited interim
financial results on 29 February 2024.

Securityholders are advised that FRB's unaudited condensed interim financial results for the six months ended
31 December 2023 (interim financial results) are now available on the group's website at:
https://www.firstrand.co.za/investors/integrated-reporting-hub/financial-reporting/.

Furthermore, noteholders are hereby advised that the statement of cash flows for the year ended 30 June 2023
was restated by R2 500 million to correctly reflect the bank's proceeds from the issue of Tier 2 liabilities and capital
repaid on Tier 2 liabilities, which is reflected in the cash flows from financing activities. The net cash inflow from
financing activities (R8 490 million) remained unchanged. The restatement had no impact on the profit or loss, or
net asset value of the bank.

The interim financial results are also available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of
the person requesting inspection.
