OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Posting of Integrated Report and No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated report incorporating, inter
alia, the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2015 and a notice of the annual general meeting, was posted to
shareholders on Friday, 29 May 2015, and is available on the Company’s website:
www.cargocarriers.co.za.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
audited results released on SENS on 19 May 2015.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will
be held at 09:30 on Thursday, 23 July 2015, at 11A Grace Road, Mountainview,
Observatory, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
annual general meeting forming part of the integrated report.

Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such
in the company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general
meeting is Friday, 17 July 2015. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at
the annual general meeting will accordingly be Friday, 10 July 2015.
