NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF REFINANCING NOTES AND REDEMPTION BY
AMBER HOUSE FUND 2(RF) LIMITED

Noteholders are advised that in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions of Amber House Fund 2 (RF) Limited ZAR4,000,000,000
Asset Backed Note Programme, the Issuer shall, in accordance
with the provisions of Condition 7.3.3, on 17 July 2024, issue
a further Tranche of Notes (the "Refinancing Notes") and will
use the proceeds of the Refinancing Notes, together with
available funds, to redeem the Principal Amount Outstanding of
the instruments listed below, in accordance with the Priority
of Payments:

The effective date of the above redemption is 17 July 2024.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
