Southern Palladium Limited (ASX Code: SPD and JSE Code: SDL) (Southern Palladium or the
Company) advises that it will hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting on:

       Date: Tuesday 28 November 2023
       Time: 4.00pm (Sydney time)

In accordance with the constitution of the Company, the closing date for the receipt of nominations
from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday 28 September 2023.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2023 Annual General Meeting in a
separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in the latter part of October
2023. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform
and the Company’s website.
