Changes to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") The Debt & Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, Sentinel Finco wishes to advise noteholders that Mr Willem Badenhorst
has resigned with effect from 21 January 2025 as director of the Issuer following his resignation
as director of the corporate fiduciary service provider.

Noteholders are further advised that Ms Phelia Loubser has been appointed to the board and as
member of the Audit Committee of Sentinel Finco with effect from 22 January 2025. A Chartered
Accountant (SA), Ms Phelia Loubser has experience of more than fifteen years in group financial
management and company administration. Ms Loubser has a deep understanding of capital
markets, and experience in the retail, property and agricultural sectors. She acts as director and
trustee representative on debt issuer structures, security-related SPVs and trusts.

Mr Shirvan Suleman Schrueder, who served as alternate director to Mr Badenhorst, remains as
alternate director to Mr Brendan Harmse who continues to serve on the Board.
