Shareholders are advised that Omnia is hosting a Capital Markets Day on 5 September 2024.
The event will unpack Omnia's Mining Segment's growth potential which will be achieved through delivering
sustainable and market-leading technology to the global mining industry.
The presentations will focus on the opportunities Omnia is leveraging to enhance its competitive advantage in the
explosives and mining chemicals market. CEO of Hypex Bio, Omnia's strategic partner, will provide additional insight
on their groundbreaking hydrogen peroxide emulsion which offers significant environmental benefits.
"Since acquiring BME almost 40 years ago, we've made ongoing investments into research and development,
partnerships, and technology to keep BME and the mining chemicals business at the forefront of explosives and mining
solutions. The segment's performance has steadily improved, increasing its contribution to the Group's EBIT to over
50% in the last financial year and we are excited to share the ongoing growth potential of our mining segment," said
