Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE: PHP), one of the UK's leading investors in modern primary
healthcare facilities, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2024
on Friday, 28 February 2025.

A presentation for analysts will be held at the offices of Peel Hunt, 100 Liverpool St, London,
EC2M 2AT, on the day of results at 11am GMT (1pm SAST) and will also be accessible via live
video webcast and a live conference call facility. Following the presentation there will be a
moderated Q&A session.
