Delisting of 600 000 10X SA Property Income ETF securities

Investors are advised that 600 000 10X SA Property Income ETF securities
will be delisted on the JSE at an issue price of R13.54 per security.
Following the listing there will be 32 469 814 10X SA Property Income ETF
securities in issue with effect from Thursday, 09 January 2025.
