New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL300
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of ZAR180,000,000 (one
hundred and eighty million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL300),
under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL300 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
18 June 2024 with effect from commencement of trade.
