RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 13 June 2023 and are
advised that negotiations are still on-going in respect of a possible divestment by the Company of its
interest in Eqstra Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited, which, if successful, could have a material
impact on the Company’s share price.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a full announcement is released on SENS.
