ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGH SECURITIES

SYGH has issued and will list an additional 300000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 33.82 per security.

Following the listing of the 300000 securities, there will be 22568505 SYGH
securities in issue.
