ISSUE OF 2024 SUITE OF ANNUAL REPORTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further to the announcement released on Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 27 September 2024
relating to the availability of the Group's Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024, shareholders
are advised that the Group has issued its suite of annual reports for the financial year ended 30 June 2024, which is
available on the Company's website at https://www.shopriteholdings.co.za/shareholders-investors.html.

The suite of reports includes:
- Integrated Report 2024
- Sustainability Report 2024
- Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Shoprite Holdings (AGM) will be held entirely by electronic communication on
Monday, 11 November 2024 at 09:00 as fully detailed in the notice. The notice of the AGM, which incorporates
condensed consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024, has been distributed to shareholders
today, 14 October 2024. A copy of the notice is also available on the Company's website
https://www.shopriteholdings.co.za/shareholders-investors/annual-general-meeting.html.
