DEPARTMENT OF BASIC EDUCATION CONTRACT EXTENSION

Shareholders are referred to the previous SENS announcement dated 13 June 2022,
regarding the award of the printing, storage, packaging and distribution of workbooks for the
Department of Basic Education ("DBE"). The award was to the Lebone Litho Consortium (the
consortium between Lebone Litho Printers (Pty) Ltd, Novus Holdings and DSV Solutions (Pty)
Ltd) for a period of three years, commencing in the 2023 financial year with an option of
renewal for a further 2 years thereafter.

The Company is pleased to announce that the DBE has granted the contract extension to the
Lebone Litho Consortium for the further two years, commencing 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

The Lebone Litho Consortium remains confident in its ability to service and deliver on this
significant contract.
