WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 09
November 2022 and the subsequent renewals of such announcement, the latest dated 27
March 2023, wherein the Company advised that Sekunjalo Investment Holdings
Proprietary Limited (“Sekunjalo”), has made a firm intention to make an offer to
acquire all of the ordinary shares in the Company not held by African Empowerment
Equity Investments Limited and shareholders acting in concert with Sekunjalo
(“Proposed Transaction”).


The circular detailing the Proposed Transaction was circulated to shareholders on
Friday, 05 May 2023. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no
longer required to be exercised when dealing in PFB securities.
