Listing of 40 000 Actively Managed Certificates of AMC012.

Investors are advised that 400 000 Actively Managed
Certificates of AMC012 will be listed on the JSE at an issue
price of ZAR1000 per Actively Managed Certificate. Following
the listing there will be 500 000 Actively Managed
Certificates in issue for AMC012 with effect from 29 January
2024.

Additional Terms and Conditions: Investors must read the
Pricing Supplement of Tap Issuance 1 of AMC012 for full
details of the specific terms and conditions applicable to
this specific AMC issuance.

The AMCs will be deposited in the Central Securities
Depository ("CSD") and settlement will take place
electronically in terms of JSE Rules.
